We make all our cake toppers from 1/4" wood. They will have a completely smooth finish. Keep in mind they both are still fragile pieces though.

Cake toppers will average 8"-10" in diameter depending on the name however custom sizing is available. It is recommended you select the acrylic option for anything smaller than 8".
