1) Ordering
When will my order ship?
Orders will ship within 7-28 days from the date of purchase. Tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment.

2) What are my payment options?
Country Barn Babe accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept personal checks. All orders paid for by personal checks will not ship until payment has been received and the check cleared.

3) Can I order by phone?
Though we prefer orders online, orders can be placed over the phone by calling 770-235-0384. One of our friendly and helpful customer care representatives can assist you with your order.

4) Do you have a printed catalog? 
Country Barn Babe does not send a printed catalog in the mail. Please note that we update our site weekly with new items, so for the newest selection available, our website is the best place to look.

5) Do you ship internationally?
Country Barn Babe welcomes international orders. We ship everywhere USPS delivers. If you are an international customer and wish to contact our customer service department, please email us at ruggedoak@yahoo.com

6) How much does international shipping cost?
Your shipping cost depends on the weight of the package and its destination. You can view available shipping methods to your location and applicable shipping rates during checkout.

7) What is your policy regarding duties, taxes and brokerage fees?
For orders shipped to destinations outside the United States, Country Barn Babe is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment. Furthermore, Country Barn Babe is not knowledgeable about country-specific import regulations and will not be responsible for fees/damages associated with noncompliance. We strongly encourage you to research all country-specific facts, information and regulations prior to placing an order.

Returns, Changes, and Cancelations

8) What is your return policy?
Most items are custom made to order, so returns/exchanges are decided on a case by case basis. Please email us at ruggedoak@yahoo.com if you would like to return your order or exchange it. Changes can be made within the first 5 days after purchase, email your changes to ruggedoak@yahoo.com

9) What is my order arrives damaged?
Although we have no control over your order once it leaves our shop, we will be more than happy in assisting you in filing a claim and getting your order replaced. You must contact us within 24-48 hours of your order being delivered.
